Stocking Stuffer: Easy Spiced Nuts

For Kia Ora Vietnam Cashews

200 g unroasted, unsalted cashews
2 teaspoon oil
1 Tablespoon Kia ora Vietnam Rub
1 pinch salt
1 sprig of fresh thyme, leaves picked

For Maize’in Mexican Almonds

200 g raw, unsalted almonds
2 teaspoon oil
2 Tablespoon Maize’in Mexican
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Smokey Garlic Salt

For Rockin’ Moroccan Walnuts

200 g raw, unsalted walnut pieces
2 teaspoon oil
2 Tablespoon Rockin’ Moroccan
1 sprig fresh rosemary

To Assemble

Jars
Christmas Ribbon
Fresh Herbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Place cashews into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread cashews on the lined tray.

In a separate bowl, add the ingredients for the Maize’in Mexican almonds and mix well. Place on the tray next to the cashews.
Repeat with the Moroccan walnuts.
Place both trays in the oven and cook 8-10 minutes until just starting to brown, switching trasys around halfway through.
Cool, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top and add to jars to give as a gift.
