I use it in casseroles and also in my favorite curries.
Great to go into your nachos or burritos or even a cheeky rub for tofu (I know, surprisingly good though!).
The Mexican seasoning is my all time, favourite seasoning. I use it on almost everything. Just in the past month or so we have enjoyed the extra flavour in: Mexican and mozzarella chicken pasta bake, seasoning for a salad, on top of avo, tomato and cheese on crackers, chicken kebabs, beef steak, enchiladas, roasted Kumara and potatoes, when roasting chicken. Endless options!
