Sprinkled the Maize'in'Mexican Rub on chicken breast - BBQ'd served with mixed green salad topped with avocado, blackened red capsicum and blackened sweetcorn. Drizzled with a homemade Ranch Dressing!! YUM!!

Love it. Saves a lot of time adding different spices and just the right amount of heat.
Mix it with crumbs and coat halumi slices and fry. Add to everything, rice, mayo,all stews.
