Steak and pimped pepper are a match made in heaven but I’ve put it on avacado and tomatoes on toast, added to casseroles, pasta and sprinkled through salad. There are few things it doesn’t enhance.
Venison back steak, 24 hrs uncovered in fridge, better than Traeger rub in my opinion
We use it on chicken mostly, but sometimes pork. It adds a slight kick to the flavours which the men in the household particularly enjoy.
