Created by Richard (chef and coeliac), this mix is all about bringing proper bread back. The kind you can shape, experiment with, and actually get excited about again.
Yes, it works beautifully in a loaf tin. But it really shines when you push it further.

We’ve done all the hard work for you. Everything is already blended in the exact right quantities.
All you need to add is:
2 tsp active yeast + 430ml warm water
Mix it, shape it your way or pour into a tin, let it rise, and bake.
Gluten Free, Nut free, Dairy free,
1 x 430g G3Baker Homestyle Bread Mix
475ml warm water (40°C – warm, not hot)
8g active yeast
STAND MIXER (Best Method)
Add all ingredients to bowl.
Mix low 1 min.
Mix high 5 min.
Rest 4 minutes, the mix again for 1 min
HAND MIX
Tip dry mix into biggish bowl.
Measure water into empty bag, add yeast + 2 tbsp bread mix.
Shake to mix and leave 10 -15 mins until bubbly.
Add liquid mixture to dry mix.
Mix 1 min, rest 5 mins, mix 1 min again.
SHAPE & RISE
Lightly grease your Pullman tin
Tip in the dough and smooth over the top with a wet hand.
Slide the lid on.
Leave in warm place to prove 20–90 mins, until dough rises to 1–2cm below tin top.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
BAKE
∙ Place in the center of the oven, turn temperature down to 200'c and bake for 1:15 min for Homestyle
∙ Remove from oven, open lid, tip gently onto rack.
∙ Cool for 4 hours before slicing
INGREDIENTS: brown rice flour, cornflour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, canola oil, psyllium husk, sugar, egg white powder, salt, xanthan gum (415), ascorbic acid.
