Approx $5 for the first 3kg , Shipping is calculated by weight at the check out. Price break again at 5 kg and 24kg.
If you have a heavy order, just ask us for a custom quote.

Same as urban +$3 per order.

Most of our products are quite complex blends with about 15-20 ingredients, many in very small quantities, but each required to create our unique flavours. The most common questions we get are:

Obviously we are unable to provide you with our full recipes, but we are more than happy to answers any questions. If you have specific ingredients that is of concern, just ask and we can tell you whether or not it is in a particular product.
We can tell you, that where we say “herbs and spices” on a label, we do mean just that, actual normal herbs and spices, nothing else. So in addition to the ingredients specifically listed on the labels, we can tell you that all our products may contain the following:
Allspice, Bay leaf, Cardamon, Celery seeds, Cloves, Ginger, Mace, Mustard, Nutmeg, Paprika, Pepper, Thyme.
The only other herbs and spices that we use in our various products are, coriander, chives, pink, black, white and green peppercorns, tarragon, basil, oregano, sumac, mint, parsley, rosemary, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric.
ALL our seasonings are vegan
No its not, but for many uses, it performs the same or better.
Our Pit-master Koshering salt is a particuler size cubic grain of NZ sea salt - its kosher when we get it and we don't do anything to change that status. All our products are vegan so there is no opportunity for cross contamination at our facility.
American brands are often a flaky type salt, specifically crystallized to the brands preference. For koshering meat and for pit-master requirements - our product works in a comparable way. If you are specifically seeking an NZ flaky salt, then MARLBOROUGH FLAKY SEA SALT is my pick, and is available from most supermarkets.
