The G3 Baker

Hi, I’m Richard - founder of Spicecraft and the guy behind G3Baker.

As a coeliac, I spent years feeling like I was missing out. Eating out usually meant a stripped-back version of the dish… or some sad, overpriced substitute.

But the hardest part? Bread.

I’ve always loved it - like really loved it. And walking past a bakery still gets me. That warm, crusty, fresh-out-of-the-oven loaf… it’s just not something most gluten free options come close to.So I decided - enough is enough.

G3Baker is about bringing real bread back.

What does G3 mean?

Back in my chef days, gluten free dishes were labelled “gluten 3” - just quick kitchen shorthand, That eventually got shortened to “G3.”

So when I started making my own gluten free bread mix's at home, I started labeling them G3 Bread, And when it was finally ready to share, G3Baker just made sense.
