Crackin' Kiwi Loaded Hummus. 🧆🧆
Loaded hummus with a kiwi twist!
Creamy hummus piled high with roasted cauliflower, potatoes, and chickpeas, blasted with Spicecraft's Crackin' Kiwi Rub and Pimped Pepper. Bold, zesty, irresistible. Dip, devour, repeat!

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drain and patted dry with paper towels
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small cauliflower head, cut up into bite-sized pieces
- 4 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Spicecraft Crackin' Kiwi Rub
- Spicecraft Pimped Pepper
- Hummus, homemade or store-bought.
Instructions
- Oil an oven tray, and place the tray in a preheat 200 degrees oven for about 10 minutes while you are preparing the vegetables.
- Add the dried chickpeas, cauliflower and potatoes to a bowl along with 2 Tbsp olive oil and a good shake of Crackin' Kiwi & Pimped Pepper. Mix everything, making sure everything is well-coated. Carefully remove the tray from the oven and pour all the vegetables onto it, being careful not to splash yourself with the hot oil. Cook for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through.
- On a large serving dish, swirl on some hummus, then pile the vegetables on top, drizzle with some more olive oil, & if you want to sprinkle some Spicecraft Super Dukkah or some Spicecraft No Bagel, No Bagel! Enjoy! 🧆🧆🧆
