No Bagel Sesame Chicken Poke Bowls 🍚

Ingredients
- 400 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 2 Tablespoons Spicecraft No Bagel, No Bagel Seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Teaspoon Spicecraft Smokey Garlic Salt
- 1 cup edamame beans
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded red or white cabbage
- Spring onions
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally into 2 or 3 pieces depending on thickness.
- Combine flour and No Baghel, No Bagel Seasoning in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, add whisked egg.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg then dredge in flour. Shake of excess.
- Heat oil over a medium-high heat then shallow fry chicken pieces until cooked through.
- Cook edamame beans by placing in a microwave safe bowl and covering with water, cook 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and sprinkle with Spicecraft Smokey Garlic Salt.
- Thinly slice spring onion and roughly chop chicken.
- To assemble the bowls add a large scoop of rice to each then top with chicken, edamame beans, spring onions and cabbage. Drizzle with preferred sauce and sprinkle with plenty more No Bagel.
