Ingredients
- 1 Bag of G3 Baker Artisan Gluten Free Bread Mix
- 400 ml water* (not 430ml that is written on Artisan Bread Mix Bag)
- 20 ml oil (your choice of oil)
Instructions
- Prepare the mix using:400 ml water (instead of 430 ml)20 ml oilMix as per standard instructions on G3 Bakers Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix Bag
- Divide mix into 6 equal portions.
- Shape carefully on a lightly floured (gluten-free) surface, or pipe directly for a more consistent finish.
- Place into a baguette or roll mould for best shape and support.
- Cover loosely with cling film that has been sprayed with a little spray oil to prevent sticking. Prove for 15–40 minutes, or until roughly doubled in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Tip: Lower hydration makes shaping easier while still giving a soft, chewy crumb.
