Kiwi Dip


  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 -2 Tbsp Spicecraft® Rub (We suggest Kiwi, Mexican, or Moroccan)


  1. Combine 1 cup of sour cream with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and your chosen Spicecraft® BBQ Rub. Then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes. 
  4. Serve: Perfect for dipping chips/crisps, or with veggies or as a tangy sauce for grilled meats.
This works with any of our Rubs, don't be afraid to try Moroccan, Mexican, Jerk, or even Cajun! The choice is yours! Enjoy!
