🌿 Rosemary & Olive Oil Focaccia (Using Artisan Blend)
A simple, flavour-packed focaccia using G3 Baker's Artisan mix — soft, airy, and loaded with olive oil and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 1 Bag of G3 Baker Artisan Gluten-Free Bread Mix
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 50 ml olive oil
- 25 ml olive oil for dizzling over focaccia
- 1 tsp flaky or kosher salt
Instructions
- Follow the standard instructions on the Artisan Gluten Free Bread Mix
- During the final minute of mixing, add: 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary50 ml olive oil
- Once mixed, transfer the dough into a lightly oiled baking tray (approx. 25 x 30 cm). Using a wet spatula or damp hands, gently spread the dough evenly into the tray.With wet fingers, press dimples across the surface of the dough. Cover loosely with cling wrap and leave to prove for 15–40 minutes, or until roughly doubled in size.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of focaccia
- Then sprinkle with the flaky/kosher salt
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 25 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the tray and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Tip: Best enjoyed warm on the day of baking (if it lasts that long).
