Less than one week has passed since this order was shipped. The order was dispatched the next business day after purchase and tracking details were provided. NZ Post attempted delivery the following day (Christchurch to Auckland), and the parcel is currently awaiting action from the recipient, likely due to a minor addressing issue. We were not contacted prior to this review but would have been happy to assist.

I had missed the original delivery and the proprietor contacted me directly and had it re sent and delivered Christmas Eve without hesitation. The level of care for the customer was one of the best I've had in a long while. Also the spices themselves come in beautiful packaging, nothing 'cheap' about it and we tried all four of the flavours on some striploins and loved all of them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality tasty spices and rubs any day of the week'

Got it as a secret Santa gift for a grill enthusiast, I’m sure they will love it, delivery was super quick!
Paid extra for the gift wrapping option but didn’t come wrapped, unless you’re counting bubble wrap.
They left a nice personalised note in the delivery which was appreciated, cool nz company will order again.
If not for the missing wrap would be 5 stars!
