A proper bread tin

I followed the instructions exactly to season the tin and glad I did as the baked loaf just slips out of the tin. It’s now non-stick. I previously made bread in a standard loaf tin but the high sides on this tin make for a decent sized slice. I’ll be using the tin regularly.

I can now bake sourdough loaves in my air fryer/bench oven!

Nice and easy to make and smells great baking.

Have only made loaves so far. Really enjoying the taste and texture - it is nice with any topping or filling. Also made some breadcrumbs to go on chicken tenders. They were fine and really added a nice crunch.
