Ingredients
- 1 Salmon fillets, per person
- Super Dukkah Seasoning
- Parsley, about a handful chopped.
- 1 Lemon, zest of
- Wholegrain or Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Mix some Super Dukkah with the chopped parsley and lemon zest.
- Place the salmon skin side down on baking paper on a baking tray.
- Smear mustard on top of salmon, then top with dukkah mixture, pressing the mixture into the mustard so it sticks.
- Bake at 200C for 10-12mins until cooked.
Notes
If you want to use less Super Dukkha, mix in some breadcrumbs, this will make it go further
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, couscous, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal
