Smashed Peas with Lamb Salt Rocks

Our Lamb Salt Rocks is not just for lamb!

A blend of New Zealand sea salt, mint, garlic, green peppercorns, rosemary and a touch of thyme.

It is also, among other things, amazing in some mushy peas,

Just add a little bit of butter or olive oil to some drained boiled peas, then using a stick blender - (you can use a potato masher if you don’t have a stick blender), blend until just smooth.

Add lots of Lamb Salt Rocks until it tastes just how you like it!

Easy as!
