Creamy Avocado Mayo, that just happens to also be vegan!
Use instead of regular mayonnsise🥑🥑

Ingredients
- 2 peeled and roughly chopped avocados
- 70 ml water
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp Crackin' Kiwi Rub
- 1 tsp Smokey Garlic Salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- blend everything together in a food processor or with a stick blender until smooth.Use as a mayo, in salasds, as a sauce, in sandwiches, wherever you fancy some tastiness!
Soooooo good.I never buy shop bought mayo any more. This is great for dips, on sandwiches and absolutely anything!
