Brand New Product:

The word Dukkah, originating in Egypt, comes from the Egyptian-Arabic word for “to pound” or “to crush”, which is how the blend is made. Traditionally dukkah is a mixture of whole spices, nuts, seeds, and salt that are pounded in a mortar and pestle to achieve a coarse, crunchy texture.

Using hemp hearts as a replacement, we’ve been able to make our Dukkah nut-free! This lets us have that nutty texture and flavour without the need for nuts - making our blend a SUPER DUKKAH! Use as you would any quality dukkah with fresh bread and olive oil, or level up and enhance your salads, crumb coatings, or stuffing mix.

Made from ingredients with No gluten, no nuts, no wheat, no soy, 100% Vegan -(unless you use it on your meat)...

Contains NO GARLIC OR NUTS

Dukkah is a family fave!

I bought a selection of spices to try, all are great, but Dukkah is the favourite. Nice sprinkled on roast potatoes, tossed with olive oil and roasted (oven or air fryer).👌
