  • Use as a flavourful seasoning in a wet dish.
  • Think salsas, soups, dips. Add it to sour cream and lime juice, for a yummy dip.
  • Fantastic added to butter and lathered on a cob of corn - Yum!

Ingredients in alphabetical order: allspice, bay leaf, black pepper, brown rice flour, cardamom, cayenne, celery seed, chili, cloves, coriander seed, corn flour (maize), cumin, garlic, ginger, mace, masa, mustard, nutmeg, onion, oregano, paprika smoked, sea salt (may contain anti-caking agent E535), sugar brown, white pepper.

My go-to!

The Mexican seasoning is my all time, favourite seasoning. I use it on almost everything. Just in the past month or so we have enjoyed the extra flavour in: Mexican and mozzarella chicken pasta bake, seasoning for a salad, on top of avo, tomato and cheese on crackers, chicken kebabs, beef steak, enchiladas, roasted Kumara and potatoes, when roasting chicken. Endless options!
