Super Dukkah Crusted Salmon.


  • Salmon fillets 1 per person
  • Super Dukkah
  • Parsley, about a handful chopped.
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Wholegrain or Dijon mustard


  1. Mix some Super Dukkah with the chopped parsley and lemon zest.
  2. Place the salmon skin side down on baking paper on a baking tray.
  3. Smear mustard on top of salmon, then top with dukkah mixture, pressing the mixture into the mustard so it sticks.
  4. Bake at 200C for 10-12mins until cooked.

*If you want to use less Super Dukkha, mix in some breadcrumbs, this will make it go further.
