No Bagel No Bagel Seeded Crackers
Ingredients:
- Mixed seeds:
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons Spicecraft No Bagel No Bagel seasoning
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp linseeds
- 1 cup hot water
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup cornflour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method:
- Place the seeds into a bowl and mix well. You can choose any combination of seeds, so long as they equate to roughly a cup.
- In a separate bowl, combine hot water, oil, cornflour and salt. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 160 Combine the two mixes and stir. Leave to sit on the bench for 10-15 minutes to thicken up.
- Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper then place half the mixture on each.
- Spread as thinly as possible, using a rubber spatula or by placing a second sheet of baking paper on top and rolling out with a rolling pin. Sprinkle generously with more No Bagel No Bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven and score with a pizza cutter or knife. Return to oven for a further 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then snap and serve.
