Mexican Butter

Ingredients:
- 100 gm butter - softened
- 1 -2 tsp Spicecraft Maize'in' Mexican Rub
- 1 -2 tsp Lime juice
Method:
- Beat the butter, Mexican Rub & Lime juice together, until well blended.
- Use straight away or cover & chill & use when needed.
(You can also place this butter in the freezer.)
- Fantastic on corn, but you can use on anything that you want to add a Mexican twist to.
*You can add any of our seasonings to softened butter for something a little bit tasty & different.
