Smokey Garlic Kiwi Prawns

Smokey Garlic Kiwi Prawns


  • 2 T Olive oil
  • 80gm butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 Kg raw prawns
  • 2 T Spicecraft Kiwi Rub
  • 1/2 T Spicecraft Smokey Garlic Salt
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 t grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 C chopped coriander
  • Spicecraft Original Salt


  1. Heat oil & butter in a large fry pan over med-high heat. Add the garlic & cook for 1 minute, add prawns, Kiwi Rub, & Smokey Garlic Salt. Cook, stirring for 3-4 mins or until the prawns are just cooked through.

  2. Add lemon juice, lemon rind & coriander & toss to combine. Finish with some Original Salt Rocks.

  3. Serve with some crusty bread to mop up the juices.
