Smokey Garlic Kiwi Prawns

2 T Olive oil
80gm butter
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 Kg raw prawns
2 T Spicecraft Kiwi Rub
1/2 T Spicecraft Smokey Garlic Salt
2 T fresh lemon juice
3 t grated lemon rind
1/4 C chopped coriander
Spicecraft Original Salt

Heat oil & butter in a large fry pan over med-high heat. Add the garlic & cook for 1 minute, add prawns, Kiwi Rub, & Smokey Garlic Salt. Cook, stirring for 3-4 mins or until the prawns are just cooked through.
Add lemon juice, lemon rind & coriander & toss to combine. Finish with some Original Salt Rocks.

Serve with some crusty bread to mop up the juices.
