Super Dukkah Crusted Salmon.

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets 1 per person

Super Dukkah

Parsley, about a handful chopped.

Zest of 1 Lemon

Wholegrain or Dijon mustard

Method:

Mix some Super Dukkah with the chopped parsley and lemon zest.

Place the salmon skin side down on baking paper on a baking tray.

Smear mustard on top of salmon, then top with dukkah mixture, pressing the mixture into the mustard so it sticks.

Bake at 200C for 10-12mins until cooked.

*If you want to use less Super Dukkha, mix in some breadcrumbs, this will make it go further.
