Mexican Butter

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm butter - softened
  • 1 -2 tsp Spicecraft Mexican Rub/Seasoning
  • 1 -2 tsp Lime juice

Method:

  1. Beat the butter, Mexican Rub & Lime juice together, until well blended.

  2. Use straight away or cover & chill & use when needed.
    (You can also place this butter in the freezer.)

  3. Fantastic on corn, but you can use on anything that you want to add a Mexican twist to.
*You can add any of our seasonings to softened butter for something a little bit tasty & different.
